Operations Coordinator - Penny employs her exceptional organization skills to ensure our team’s schedule and goals stay on track. Penny is the Operations Coordinator at Kingscott and she’s been with us for over 28 years. She started out as a mechanical drafter, then moved into architectural drafting and eventually evolved into operations. She currently manages the scheduling committee into addition to working as our CAD manager, assisting with project management and maintaining the Kingscott project archives.

On a personal level, Penny aspires to be a good and kind person, or in her words, more like her mother. Family is everything to Penny. Her daughter Emily (who is also our receptionist) is her pride and joy. Her family also includes two beloved Siberian Huskies. Penny loves experimenting with cooking, crafting sock animals, reading, running and spending time with her best friends from childhood.
