Educational Planning

Every bond issue should begin with a community-based planning process to determine your needs, develop optional solutions, and identify the right project at the right price. Kingscott will lead and manage the planning process for you. The process usually takes six to nine months, depending on the size of the district. A planning effort includes the following components:

  • Define district goals and objectives
  • Define type, quality, size, and relationship of facilities
  • Analyze your existing facilities
  • Develop planning options and cost estimates
  • Evaluate options and select best solution
