Kingscott was asked to create a concept for a Senior Living Community. Working in partnership with Viridis Design Group, we envisioned a community located around a “Central Park”. With windows overlooking the park, residents could observe neighbors outside their windows for a sense of connection and security; be connected to natural features; and have easy access to a community building and raised garden beds. The Community building would serve as the community’s focal point and provide the development with a visible identity to passersby.
